SERIAL NUMBER #227445 5' 10 1/2" Long

Mint Condition, New Pinblock, Restrung, New Hammers, New Hammer Knuckles, Flanges, and Shanks; This is Steinway Model L, Brown Mohogany case. Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Steinway telling the manufacturing date and history of the piano. The piano has a beautiful walnut case, looks great and sounds great. We have included some Wave File Demos of the this instrument.

REBUILD HISTORY: The piano has been restrung with a new pinblock. The sound board is original and was refinished when it was retrung. We installed new hammers, new hammer shanks and flanges. We also completely reglutated the piano, and cleaned and inspected the entire action. This piano was refinished before we got it and is in good shape. The Suggested Retail price for this piano would be around $48,000.00. You can save thousands by purchasing this vintage rebuilt instrument.

If buyer is close enough and chooses to have us deliver this piano, then shipping charges and expenses must be paid in full before delivery and the balance can be paid in cash at delivery. In this case the delivery charge is non-refundable but we will allow the buyer the freedom to refuse the instrument only if upon delivery you feel the instrument is not what we represented it to be. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Once you accept delivery the sale is final. If a long distance carrier is used then the instrument must be paid in full before delivery and sale is final with no refunds. A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT OUR SOUND BYTES AND PICTURES: The sound bytes were recorded straight into a soundblaster card in mono without any effects. We have included the chromatic Scale so you can hear all 88 notes in sequence, we recorded some simple arpeggios, so you can hear the overtones, and sustain through out the harmonic range of the piano, we recorded two songs in every harmonic area of the piano so you can hear the tonal quality of the high treble, treble, Mid range, tenor and bass areas of the instrument. Included are pictures from every angle of the piano and also we included photos from the top showing the new hammers and misc new action parts.
