REBUILD AND SERVICE HISTORY: This organ was refurbished by Paul Studor. Paul has been servicing and restoring Hammond organs for nearly 50 years. He started out with Hammond of Chicago in the 50's. His clients include the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, Dave Letterman, and Saturday Night Live, to name a few... (By the way Paul also was one of the original founders of TREK II) Paul added and rebuilt the Leslie, and did some repair work and rewiring in the organ, installed a solid state Trek II Preamp (model SSP-3 and B-3 Percussion kit (model TP-3B) reverb (RV-1B REVERBERATION UNIT) plus we had added TREK II Leslie control switches, and Reverb dial installed on the left end block (See TrekII model BE-1A). If you price the TREK II parts alone you will see the pre amp goes for $698.00 the reverb goes for $348.00, and the percussion kit goes for $190.00. The end block goes for $52.00, This adds up to over $1288.00 for these items alone not counting labor. Along with these items, add up the fact that the Leslie was completly rebuilt, including motors, a new horn driver, AC wiring, amplifier, new belts, bearings etc.. There has been at least $2500.00 worth of improvements done on this unit aside from the cost of the organ itself. Also we refinished the Leslie tone cabinet in our shop. This organ sounds great and plays great and with proper oiling and maintainence it will keep playing and playing! If you have time to download them I have included sound demos at the end of the picture files. The sound demos won't do the organ justice because they are not in stereo and are compromised in freguency response to allow less download time, but you can get a little taste of it's sound quality by listening to them. Included with the organ is a new leslie cable, and AC power cable.

OWNER HISTORY:This organ came from a church. I took the organ in on trade for piano rebuilding work, & sale of a newer hammond and leslie. We added the 147 Leslie after the trade. The Leslie has been completely rebuilt and refinished with a closed grain in our shop. We had to fill a few rough spots on the top of the leslie, but aside from that the cabinet looks new. The organ and leslie have been completely serviced and checked out. They sound great together! Check out our sound bytes for their sound quality. The trained ear can not tell the difference between this unit and the B-3. They sound identical.

SHIPPING: Buyer is solely responsible to pay for shipping fees. Customer can pick up the unit if he lives in Northeastern Pennsylvania Region, or we can arrange delivery of this organ anywhere in the continental United States. If you live in the Eastern or Central US our delivery charges should range from $200.00 to $595.00 depending on where you live. If buyer is close enough and chooses to have us deliver the organ, then shipping charges must be paid in full before delivery and the balance can be paid in cash at delivery. In this case the delivery charge is non-refundable but I will allow the buyer the freedom to refuse the instrument only if upon delivery they feel the instrument is not what we represented it to be. In this case, the deliver charge will not be refunded. Once customer accepts delivery the sale is final. If a long distance carrier is used the instrument and delivery charges must be paid in full before delivery and sale is final with no refunds. I accept checks, money orders, certified checks or, (cash on delivery, only if we deliver or customer picks up instrument). All checks must clear before instrument is delivered.
