We have been in the Piano Organ Business for over 30 years.  First working for one of the largest Piano Organ Outlets in Northeastern PA.  I was the director of institutional sales.   In 1987 I went independent and went into the Piano Service Business.  In 1998 we built a home on what is now 40 acres of  farmland in the Endless Mountains regions of Northeastern Pa.  Thus the name Piano Farm.  At our homestead we mostly sold refurbished Pianos and Hammond organs.   A good portion of our business was and is service.   In 2006 the owner of the company that I worked for in the 80's retired and closed his store and asked if I would consider buying his piano business.  With the encouragement of Mike Magdon of Magdon Music and with the help and guidance of my former boss Piano Organ Depot was born in 2006.  In 2015 we recently added  a 3000 Square Foot climate controlled warehouse on our 40 Acres farmland and now have refocused on Piano Farm as an on line Shopping Cart Website.   PianoFarm.com is the now the shopping cart arm of Piano Organ Depot.   To learn more about Piano Organ Depot visit the link above.   The goal of PianoFarm.com will be to give home grown help to those who want to work on their own pianos and Hammond Organs.   We at the same time will provide instructions on playing music for enjoyment,  and instructional material on how to work on your piano and organ.  When we think of "A  Farm"  we think of being Frugal,  we think Home Grown..  we think of "Going Green.."   which means making best use of your resources.  Recycling so to speak.   The one of the greatest things about vintage instruments is that there are so many of them to glean parts from.  We have been harvesting parts from Hammond Organs and Vintage pianos for 30 years.  we literally have tractor trailer loads of parts.
