They are 15 Watt regular watt heating elements enclosed in a seamless 36 or 48 inch aluminum tube that is plugged into a 110 volt outlet and placed under the piano to eliminate moisture, The Unit produces a mild, yet aggressive (DRY HEAT).

A 36" 25 Watt de-humidification bar, This rod can be used in a piano, organ, or even a gun safe. This is a good option also for organs, since many times there is limited space in organs, also it is good for grand pianos if you want to place the bar between the beams under the soundboard. We highly recommend getting a Climate Control Humidistate. You can do damage to your piano if you have a dehumidification bar plugged in when the climate is too dry. The Humidistate will turn off the dehumidification and also can turn on a humidifier when the climate is too dry.
